Intermediate HACCP training
The Level 3 Awards in HACCP provide thorough training for HACCP team members and supervisors, with responsibility for implementation of food safety management systems.
Training can follow a catering or manufacturing syllabus. However, RT Safety Training has experience of tailoring the courses for other sectors, such as logistics.
